Blue Heron was created in the image of Baywood Park, California. Owner, local resident and visionary, Bill Lee, has created a space that is refined and elegant while being welcoming and true to the landscape.
It’s subtle beauty, warmth and energy was the intention of local artist Allisun Dutra. Allisun calls Blue Heron “a love letter to my home town”.
The menu, an ever evolving reflection of our farm and the surrounding waters, was designed and is prepared by Chef Thomas Drahos.
